Scope

This privacy policy applies to the website swissaiagency.ch and to the contact, AI potential assessment, consulting and Academy enquiries offered through it.

Depending on the project, additional agreements, data processing agreements or system-specific privacy information may become necessary at a later stage.

Processing

What data we process on the website

Contact and AI potential assessment forms

When you submit a form, we process the information you enter, such as first name, last name, company, email address, phone number, industry, team size, selected area and message.

We use this information to review your enquiry, ask follow-up questions and prepare the appropriate next step.

Email communication

Enquiries are sent to anfrage@swissaiagency.ch. If you contact us by email, we process your details to communicate with you and to handle your request.

Server log data

When you access the website, the hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, date, time, page accessed, browser, operating system and referrer. This data serves to deliver the website and keep it stable and secure.

Log data is kept only for as long as necessary for the operation, error analysis and security of the website.

For automatic language selection, our server compares your IP address with a country list stored on the server when you first open a page in a browser session. It only determines whether the request comes from Switzerland, Germany or Austria: if so, the German version is shown, otherwise the English one. The result is not stored on the server, it is not passed on to third parties and no profile is created.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses a consent banner. Your choice is stored in your browser under the key saa-cookie-consent so that the prompt does not appear again on every visit.

For language selection, we set two technically necessary cookies: saa_geo contains only the result of the language selection until the end of your browser session, saa_lang stores the language you chose with the DE/EN switch for one year.

Additional analytics or marketing cookies will only be used once such services have been actively integrated and documented accordingly.

Services

External resources

Fonts and icons

The website integrates Google Fonts and Material Symbols. In the process, your browser may connect to Google servers so that fonts and icons can be loaded.

If this transfer is to be avoided, the fonts should be provided locally on the web server.

Academy page

On the Academy page, Tailwind CSS is loaded via a CDN. In the process, your browser may connect to the CDN provider.

For a production version that minimises data transfer, Tailwind should be built locally and delivered as a separate CSS file.

Spam protection for forms (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact forms against automated abuse (bots, spam). In the process, your browser may connect to Cloudflare servers and transmit technical information such as IP address and browser characteristics. This is used to check whether the request comes from a human.

Turnstile does not set any advertising or tracking cookies. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc. The check only takes place when a form is submitted.

No knowingly integrated tracking services

The current website code shows no actively configured analytics or marketing tracking services. If services such as analytics, pixels, newsletter tools or CRM integrations are added later, this privacy policy must be extended.

Processors

We may use service providers for hosting, email, technical maintenance or later project work. They only receive access to data to the extent necessary for their task.

Permissions

Your rights and our principles

Purpose limitation and data minimisation

We process data only for specific purposes: operating the website, handling enquiries, preparing meetings, preparing quotes and documenting projects.

We store personal data only for as long as it is needed for the respective purpose or statutory retention obligations apply. We delete or anonymise enquiry and project data that is no longer needed.

Rights of data subjects

You can request information about your personal data. Where applicable, you can also request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or object to the processing.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
